  • Have jaggery and cow's ghee in food. These are the best immunity booster and add lemons for vitamin C.

  • If one is suffering from a dry cough, he should take clove powder with jaggery or honey.
  • If you are going outside, you must perform oil pulling therapy. For that, take a teaspoon of oil in your mouth and spit it out. After that use hot water to clean your mouth. After coming from outside perform the same process.
  • In the nasal, apply coconut oil or ghee daily twice a day i.e. in the morning and evening.
  • Take steam of ginger and fresh mint in hot water if you are suffering from a cough.
